Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist

I received my massage training from Gaston College in Dallas, NC. I graduated in 2016 with a Therapeutic Massage Diploma, an Associate's Degree in General Studies, and a passion for my newfound career. Several different paths converged to lead me to massage, mostly I wanted to try and find my purpose and meaning in this world. I try to create a soothing environment for the overactive nervous system. I am so grateful everyday to wake up and receive the opportunities and blessings I have been presented with.

My ultimate goal is to help YOU feel better, whether that means helping alleviate general stress and tension or working with you after injury or surgery. There are many great satisfactions in life and one of those for me is helping people feel their best.

In my free time I love to be with my family and wonderful husband Brian and our little calico cat-baby named Ice Cream.
